Contact

One address reaches us: linen@homiest.org.

Paper finds us at 2318 Larkspur Row, Suite 214, Charlotte, NC 28205, though the mailbox above is read first and answered faster.

What we can settle

Anything in the catalogue. Whether a 15 inch pocket clears your mattress or you need the 18 to 24 inch set. Which sham size fills a 26 inch insert without slack, and which leaves the corners empty. How a yard of 58 inch satin divides into napkins. Whether two near-identical pillowcase sets differ in anything but the colour on the label.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the label in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it and say what changed.

What belongs to the shop

Orders, delivery windows, damaged parcels, refunds and returns live where you paid. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We cannot see your order and cannot look it up.

How long we take

A few working days. No ticket numbers, no queue music. People read this mailbox between other work.
